Role Description:
This full-time, on-site Pediatric Physical Therapist role is based in San Jose, CA and involves providing direct, play-based therapeutic services to infants, children, and adolescents. The Pediatric Physical Therapist will perform evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one therapy sessions, educating and coaching families on home exercise programs, and collaborating with other healthcare and educational professionals to support comprehensive care. The therapist will participate in interdisciplinary meetings, stay current with pediatric rehabilitation best practices, and contribute to a positive, inclusive clinic environment that supports both clients and colleagues.
Salary: This is a salaried position. Salary pays at: $115,000.-$125,000.00 depending on experience. We offer flexible schedules: 4 10's or 5 8"s. We also offer Saturdays from 9-2:30 which are reimbursed at 8 hours.

Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation to assess, treat, and monitor functional progress.
- Candidates should possess specialized skills in Pediatric Physical Therapy and Pediatrics to address developmental and age-specific needs.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine relevant to musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and developmental conditions in children.
- Current license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Prior clinical experience in pediatric settings (outpatient, school-based, or inpatient) is strongly preferred.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to perform physical job duties, manage a caseload, and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
